1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 pm (EST) each day.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days (may be longer, depending on destination) from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and holidays. A signature will be required upon delivery.
If we experience high volume of orders or severe weather conditions in certain areas of the country, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

5. Undeliverable Package
Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred when returning or retrieving a package in cases such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, a refused package, or other events beyond our control. This includes costs associated with shipping, handling, and repackaging the goods to ensure the safety and quality of the product.
6. Your package is incorrect/damaged
