- Product damaged during transportation: If the product is damaged due to the fault of the shipping unit.
- Unused products: The product must be intact, unused, unwashed and still have the original tags.
3. Return process

- Image of the product (if the product is defective or damaged).

Please ensure that the product is packaged carefully, in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. 4. Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before your refund is posted. 7. Cancel Order
If you want to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can process it promptly. After this time, your order will be put into the packaging and shipping process, and we will not be able to cancel it.
